Horane Williams, Founder and CEO of W Solutions LLC, is a dynamic leader and seasoned professional in cybersecurity and IT project management. With over 14 years of experience supporting government agencies and a proud background as a U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Williams brings a mission-focused approach to every engagement. He possesses deep expertise in systems engineering, project leadership, and advanced analytics. He has supported the U.sDepartment of Navy and Army, Department of State, FBI, DIA, and other IC agencies.
Mr. Williams holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin.. He also holds multiple industry-recognized certifications to include the PMP. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high-impact projects for federal clients, delivering results in cybersecurity compliance, network defense, and technical program execution. His strategic vision and hands-on expertise drive innovation and operational excellence across the public sector.
